Currently, our packaging includes some plastic components to ensure your order arrives safely and in excellent condition. However, we are actively researching and testing eco-friendly alternatives, such as paper-based and compostable packaging, that still provide the same level of protection during shipping. Our goal is to transition to fully sustainable packaging while maintaining the quality of delivery.
Standard shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 business days for orders in The Netherlands and Belgium and 8 to 15 business days for international orders. Please allow additional time for processing and shipping during peak seasons. We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our logistics, and we strive to balance speed with sustainability.
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package. Our tracking system is linked with our shipping partners, depending on their postal service you might receive a service specific tracking number via email.
Our delivery times are slightly longer because we follow a made-to-order process and operate on a small scale. Each product is printed only after an order is placed, helping us avoid overproduction and waste. As a small, eco-conscious brand, we partner with specialized suppliers, which can add some time to the process. While this approach may take longer than larger, mass-market brands, it ensures that every piece is produced responsibly, with a lower environmental impact.
