Totemwear offers a wide range of eco-friendly clothing featuring animal-themed prints, including hoodies, shirts, and sweaters. Our products are made to order to minimize waste. While we strive to maintain accurate product availability, there may be times when certain items are out of stock or temporarily unavailable. We will notify you if any item in your order is not available and offer a suitable alternative or refund.
3. Ordering and Payment
To place an order, select the desired products and follow the checkout process. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and secure online payment systems. All payments must be completed before an order is processed. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We print all products on demand, which may result in longer delivery times compared to other brands. Shipping times vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. We are committed to sustainable practices, including using eco-friendly packaging and partnering with responsible shipping providers. Please allow extra time for delivery, and check your order status using the tracking information provided via email after you've placed your order.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Since we operate on a made-to-order basis to minimize waste, we encourage customers to double-check sizing and product details before placing an order. Depending on every case a return or exchange might be issued, please contact us via mail: hello@totem-wear.com. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Customised or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via mail: : hello@totem-wear.com within 10 days of delivery. We will opt for the most suited solution to your specific case. Please provide photos of the damage or incorrect item to help us resolve the issue promptly.
7. Responsibility for Waste Disposal
At Totemwear, we are committed to minimizing environmental impact. However, we are not responsible for any unintended pollution caused by improper disposal of packaging or other waste products associated with your order. We encourage all customers to responsibly recycle or dispose of packaging in accordance with local waste management guidelines.
